the rawest shows on Earth. About as
far away from the atmosphere of White
Party as you can get, this New York
counterpoint has been going strong
since before the Saint shuttered its
hallowed doors and became Saint at
Large, which now produces the party.
This isn’t the party for you if you’re
more interested in pretty people than
hard core—this is the night that we let
it all hang out, literally and figuratively.
The DJs always go to great lengths
to deliver that famous Saint vibe,
pulling out all the stops for this yearly
bacchanal. The shows are dazzling
and disturbing, with offerings such as
cupping demos, hot wax displays, men
with vaginas, and even the infamous
castration scene that played out one
year. It’s not a night for the mildmannered.
But if you have the brute
fortitude to handle it, this is the party
you will never forget.
