The Netherlands has always been known as being sexually and socially
progressive, from same-sex marriage to “coffee bars” (hash, cannabis, and,
yes, coffee) and in-your-face legalized prostitution. But there is so much more
to Amsterdam than dikes, dykes, fine art, fetishes and hashish. The city also
boasts one of the best dance scenes on the Continent. With international DJs
on three dance floors, This is the hottest event in Amsterdam—which is really
saying something. So go to Holland and prepare to be dazzled. Wooden shoes
definitely not necessary.

BAL EN BLANC

That’s “white party” to you, Anglo, but in any language, this six-day festival
will bring a new hop to the Easter Bunny. Montreal is famous for being a
peaceable kingdom where all kinds of people come together, regardless of
sexual orientation. They do, however, have one thing in common: They’re hot.
Bal en Blanc brings over 15,000 people into a series of events, about 20% of
them will be gay (and the rest trés gay friendly). That means there will be 3,000 of
us and about 6,000 gorgeous Quebeçois to hit on! Our tribe is easy to find; just
look for the massive shirtless pack on the floor playing grinding House music. Or
as some of the boys are prone to do, you can go watch the hetero hotties. From
my own personal experiences in Montreal, a mixed Quebeçois crowd is a really
fun, flirty, and sexy group!
